Wallet Terms

Recharge balance is non-refundable, does not expire, and is used only inside Denu Coffee.

Wallet balance is prepaid store value for eligible Denu Coffee app orders. Recharge balance is not cash, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to another customer, and is non-refundable except when Denu Coffee approves a correction, duplicate recharge, failed recharge, or another required exception. Wallet balance does not expire while the account remains available. Wallet payment must cover the full payable amount because mixed payment is not supported. If balance is insufficient, the customer must choose another payment method. Wallet refunds from approved order refunds return to the wallet. Denu Coffee may review and correct wallet transactions when fraud, technical error, chargeback, manual adjustment, or accounting mismatch is detected.
