Store and Delivery Rules
Store service availability, delivery address, rider flow, fees, and cash collection.
Store hours, pickup, dine-in, delivery, order cutoff, tax, delivery fee, minimum order, and delivery range are controlled by each store in the admin system. Customers must select the correct store and service type before ordering. Delivery orders require a saved or newly added delivery address with contact name, phone number, township, city, and clear address details. The customer must keep the phone reachable after placing a delivery order. Internal riders may be used for nearby deliveries, and partner or external riders may be used for farther deliveries or busy periods. Free delivery or delivery fee rules depend on the active store configuration and campaign. For cash delivery orders, the rider collects the order amount and any applicable delivery fee from the customer, then returns the cash to the store for handover confirmation. If the customer is unreachable, the rider may wait for the operational waiting time and report the exception to the store. Delivery may be delayed or cancelled because of weather, traffic, wrong address, unreachable customer, store capacity, rider availability, or safety concerns.
