Customer responsibilities for account use, orders, payment, and cancellation.
By using the Denu Coffee app, customers agree to provide accurate account, contact, order, table, pickup, and delivery information. Customers must review items, quantities, options, store, service type, delivery address, timing, coupons, wallet balance, and payment method before placing an order. Orders may be rejected or adjusted when products are unavailable, store service is closed, payment cannot be verified, delivery is outside the available range, or the request appears unsafe or abusive. Prices, promotions, store hours, delivery fees, and service availability may change before the order is confirmed. After staff starts preparing an order, cancellation is normally not available. Customers must not misuse coupons, referral rewards, wallet balance, rider workflows, or support channels. Denu Coffee may suspend features, cancel abusive orders, or restrict accounts when needed to protect customers, staff, riders, stores, and the platform.
