Membership levels, upgrades, and discounts are based on eligible completed activity.
Membership level is based on eligible cumulative original product spend and qualifying wallet recharge activity recorded in the Denu Coffee system. Delivery fees, taxes, tips, cancelled orders, refunded orders, manual test orders, and abusive transactions may be excluded. Member discounts are calculated from the original eligible product price before coupon discounts. A newly earned level applies from the next eligible order after the completed order or approved recharge that caused the upgrade. Membership benefits may differ by store, campaign, product, and service type. Denu Coffee may correct levels, points, discounts, or benefits when a refund, cancellation, fraud review, system error, or manual correction changes the qualifying activity.
