Coupon and Referral Rules

Coupon and Referral Rules

Coupon use, default selection, expiry, and referral rewards.

Coupons apply after membership pricing unless a campaign states otherwise. Only one coupon is selected by default for an order unless a specific campaign allows a different rule. Coupons are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred unless the campaign says so. Each coupon may have product, store, service type, minimum spend, validity, customer, and usage limits. Expired, used, cancelled, or ineligible coupons cannot be applied. Referral rewards are issued as coupons after the invited friend meets the campaign requirements, such as completing a first eligible paid order. Denu Coffee may cancel coupons or referral rewards connected to fake accounts, duplicate devices, self-referral, refunded orders, suspicious payments, or abuse.
